Job summary

You will handle high volumes of inquiries by phone, mail and fax, resolve invoice and receipt issues, and assist with data integrity in purchasing transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years' supply chain or related experience preferred.
• Associate's degree with 1 year experience considered equivalent.
• Strong PC skills, communication, problem solving and teamwork are essential.
• Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-changing environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support receiving, distribution, inventory control, transportation, and warehousing of products.
• Interact with suppliers to expeditate, resolve invoice/receipt problems, and manage returns.
• Provide SCM–Logistics support and handle high volumes of inquiries via phone, mail, and fax.
• Research and resolve transactions, ensure data integrity and compliance with policies.
• Assist with projects and cross-department initiatives under SCM leadership.
