Qualifications

• Experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments: unload deliveries, inspect for damage, verify packing slips, and stock inventory.
• Prepare outgoing shipments: pick, pack, label, and coordinate carrier pickups for ground and freight shipments.
• Track orders and shipments using computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and CRM tools.
• Communicate with vendors regarding order status, invoices, and shipping timelines.
• Enter invoice and shipping tracking information accurately.
• Provide general office support: answer phones, coordinate virtual calls via Teams, and assist with supply room tasks.
• Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
