Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking a Logistics and Shipping Clerk for our Des Moines area client. This office role in a shipping/receiving warehouse handles orders, inventory, and customer service for drivers and vendors. Multiple positions are available.

Pay range is $18.75–$19.75 per hour, depending on shift. Typical duties include processing orders, coordinating with warehouse staff, reviewing shipping/receiving reports for on-time deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in shipping/receiving environment.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes customers’ orders; troubleshoots orders and resolves discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified customer orders.
• Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Provides exceptional customer service to incoming callers, customers and carriers.
• Proactively communicates with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met.
• Processes, audits and files various documentation.
• Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.

Logistics and Shipping Clerk

**Multiple Positions Available**

Our client is looking for a logistics and shipping clerk to manage orders, inventory, and provide excellent customer service to drivers and vendors. This will be an office role within a shipping/receiving warehouse.

Pay Range: $18.75 – $19.75/hour (dependent upon shift)

Hours:

• 1st shift: 6:30am-3pm M-F, OT as needed
• 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm M-F, OT as needed
• Mid Shift: 9am-5:30pm M-F
• Mid Shift: 10am-6:30pm M-F, OT as needed
• 2nd Shift: 3pm – 11:30pm M-F, OT as needed

Duties:
