Express Courier Services is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily logistics and warehouse activities in our Miami facility. You will handle cargo processing, inventory control, and shipment preparation with accuracy and urgency.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically active, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, with English and Spanish bilingual being a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, courier, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience with freight forwarding or courier operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, classify, and process incoming packages and cargo shipments.
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments for international and domestic dispatch.
• Organize and store merchandise safely within the warehouse.
• Verify shipment contents against invoices and system records.
• Operate warehouse systems and scanners to register cargo.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely shipment processing.
• Follow procedures related to logistics, security, and cargo handling.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and cargo containers.

This role is critical to maintaining efficient cargo handling, inventory control, shipment preparation, and operational flow inside the warehouse.The ideal candidate is dependable, physically active, comfortable using technology, and capable of working in a fast-paced logistics environment with accuracy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, classify, and process incoming packages and cargo shipments.
• Pack, repack, label, and prepare shipments for international and domestic dispatch.
• Organize and store merchandise efficiently and safely within the warehouse.
• Verify shipment contents against invoices, manifests, and system records.
• Operate warehouse systems and scanners to register incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and cargo containers.
• Identify damaged, missing, or non-compliant shipments and escal… issues promptly.
• Support shipment consolidation and routing processes.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational order throughout the warehouse.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely shipment processing.
• Follow company procedures related to logistics, security, and cargo handling.
• Perform additional operational duties assigned by management.
