As we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact, we are seeking a talented, self-driven Logistics Associate to join our high-performing team.
The Logistics Associate supports the organization's supply chain and logistics operations by coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products. This role works closely with vendors, donors, beneficiaries (schools), carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficient operations and high service levels. The candidate will work within existing enterprise systems to assist with data management and reporting as it relates to logistics.
The ideal candidate will be a flexible and creative problem solver, who is comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team. They should also have a customer service mindset and work to provide the best possible experience to donors and beneficiaries while also communicating with our business partners to resolve issues.
The position offers a flexible work schedule and is a hybrid eligible role that depending on work levels and organizational needs could allow for a combination of days in the Little Canada office and working from home (after 30 days of employment).
