Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Associate Operations Coordinator / Logistics Operations Specialist in Eden Prairie, MN on-site. The role is contract-to-hire with a pay rate of $21.33/hour, Monday–Friday with two schedule options.

You will manage transportation orders, schedule pickups, and track shipments in a fast-paced logistics environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and customer service experience; a Bachelor's degree and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage transportation orders and shipments.
• Build and assign loads within internal systems.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Process invoicing and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries via shared inboxes and task queues.
• Follow established procedures to resolve issues and elevate when appropriate.
• Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Associate Operations Coordinator / Logistics Operations Specialist

Location: Eden Prairie, MN (100% Onsite)

Pay: $21.33/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, either 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Type: Contract-to-Hire (eligible for permanent hire after approximately one year)

What You'll Do
