Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Data Entry Specialist to support the logistics department in processing shipping documentation and maintaining accurate data records. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a company that values reliability, precision, and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in administrative roles within logistics or supply chain environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter and maintain shipping and logistics data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
Process documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices for inbound shipments.
Cross-reference documents against purchase orders and inventory records to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams including Purchasing, Accounting, and Warehousing for document flow and status updates.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist with basic reporting and data audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
