SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Data Entry Specialist to support the logistics department in processing shipping documentation and maintaining accurate data records. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a company that values reliability, precision, and efficiency. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in administrative roles within logistics or supply chain environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter and maintain shipping and logistics data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices for inbound shipments.
• Cross-reference documents against purchase orders and inventory records to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Purchasing, Accounting, and Warehousing for document flow and status updates.
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
• Assist with basic reporting and data audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
