Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred or 2 years Walmart Logistics exp. or 2 years supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups to implement the area plan and staffing.
- Manage scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to meet facility goals.
- Monitor productivity and ensure quality, safety, and policy compliance among associates.
- Develop and coach associates and leaders, provide feedback, and support training and development.
- Promote a culture of belonging and drive ethical, compliant behavior across the team.
