Responsibilities include overseeing equipment maintenance, budgeting, and developing a high-performing team capable of continuous improvement in a retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including leading a work or project team.
• 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment with maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor department performance related to maintenance of warehouse equipment and safety standards.
• Manage financial aspects and track expenses against budget.
• Collaborate to hire, promote, coach and evaluate staff; ensure policy compliance.
