Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Logistics Analytics to transform transportation, warehousing, inventory and supply chain data into actionable insights that drive operational performance and cost efficiency across freight, parcel, distribution and fulfillment.

The role partners with Transportation, Distribution, Procurement, Finance, and Operations leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, network optimization, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in logistics analytics or BI.
• Experience with transportation, warehousing, or distribution operations.
• Strong Excel/scientific computing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPIs for transportation, warehousing, and supply chain performance.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for leaders and execs.
• Design executive dashboards and scorecards.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
