Job summary
Aurora is seeking a Director, Head of Finance and ERP Technology to lead the technical evolution of our global financial systems. You will shape the ERP architecture, implement AI-powered automation, and ensure SOX-compliant governance across F&A and manufacturing processes.
You will build scalable data pipelines, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end financial platform transformation in a hybrid work setting.
Qualifications
- 14+ years leading ERP platforms and financial software in high-growth tech or manufacturing.
- 6+ years in leadership with hands-on technical architecture experience.
- Deep experience with cloud ERP systems and SOX compliance.
- Ability to design global data flows and secure integrations across SaaS tools.
- Experience in AI automation for back-office processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP Platform & System Orchestration from technical vision to hands-on engineering across Finance, P2P, O2C, R2R, revenue, and MRP.
- Design robust API-driven middleware and data workflows to integrate ERP with banking and supply chains.
- Define strategy for AI adoption in internal finance platforms and automate processes.
- Embed governance, ITGCs, and SoD to ensure auditability and SOX readiness.
- Establish Master Data Management and real-time analytics for business partners.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Operations, and Security leadership on roadmaps.
