Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Access, Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Willingness to travel and undergo background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Audit delivery charges against PODs and SLAs to verify accuracy.
• Maintain pricing models and reflect carrier updates in systems.
• Resolve payment exceptions with internal teams and carriers.
• Track cargo claims, aging, recovery rates, and denial ratios.
• Analyze claims data to identify root causes and improvements.
• Produce weekly/monthly dashboards from TMS data.
• Lead workflow improvements to reduce invoice errors and cycle times.
• Document current and future-state processes for training.
• Perform recurring data-pulling tasks and apply business rules.
