Job summary

You will assist in customer analytics, trends, and cost-saving initiatives while improving inventory flow and timely communication with managers and customers. Proficiency in Excel/Outlook and data analysis is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Data Analysis skills required.

• Ability to learn and operate various inventory and transportation management systems.
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processes and functions of a department.
• Assist in development and presentation of customer analytics and key trends.
• Work with customers to resolve stock shortages and improve inventory and material flow processes.
• Examine current processes and implement improvements to drive out waste.
• Work with suppliers and carriers to resolve shipment issues.
• Handle other projects as assigned by the Manager.
