Job description

Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. Noblis MSD is seeking a Logistics Analyst to provide logistics support to our US Navy programs.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare provisioning contract requirements from inception to obtain Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) from the shipbuilder or manufacturer.
2. Develop Allowance Parts List (APL) using PTD, engineering drawings, and ICAPS software for installed equipment and major components onboard.
3. Compile and analyze data through research using Haystack, engineering drawings, and ICAPS software.
4. Develop and maintain provisioning documentation such as PTD, EDFP, and PPLs for the ILS Manager and technical support teams.
5. Create and modify provisioning data elements in the Configuration Data Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA).
6. Identify material sources and assign or create SM&R codes to define maintenance and disposal procedures.
7. Manage and administer provisioning, spares, and maintenance activities for programs using established procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience, or an Associate's Degree with 3 years logistics/military experience, or a High School diploma with 6 years logistics/military experience.
• Proficiency in creating, editing, and presenting complex Excel spreadsheets for government databases.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and US Citizenship.
• Understanding of PCCNs and data tracking across platforms.

Desired Skills

• Experience with ILS, provisioning, or logistics.
• Previous work with U.S. Navy or military systems and databases.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a cross-functional environment.
