What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role

The Logistics Analyst supports the global sales team, working with cross-functional departments to coordinate a dynamic supply chain environment. Responsibilities include processing information via software, preparing export documentation, communicating proactively, managing database records, and basic reporting on sales and customer service issues.

• Create shipping schedules based on vessel availability, customer demand, quality control reports, and production schedules.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding pre-shipment samples, damaged goods, product replacement, and shipment updates.
• Coordinate pre-shipment activities: creating sales orders, allocating products, creating invoices, obtaining certificates, and finalizing packing lists.
• Ensure all shipment documents comply with export regulations.
• Investigate customer complaints and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
• Prepare reports on shipments, customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and inventory levels.
• Issue credit/debit memos, reconcile invoice discrepancies with Accounting, and follow up on payments.
• Collect POD & lumpers.
• Attend meetings, coordinate agendas, and record minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years’ experience in logistics, sales, customer service, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related industry experience.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Basic PowerPoint skills.

• Experience in exporting goods in manufacturing or food service industries.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; basic Word and Office skills.

Hours and Workdays

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Overtime and weekends as needed.
