Job summary

Akima Mission Optimization (AMO) seeks a Logistics Analyst to support NSWC Dahlgren Division on-site in Dahlgren, VA, focusing on PR creation. You will manage data transfer from IBPES into ERP to generate purchase requisitions and ensure timely, justified, and compliant requests across departments.

The role requires DoD clearance, strong MS Office skills, and experience with ERP databases. You will collaborate with multiple teams to improve PR workflows and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active DoD Interim-Secret clearance (or higher); Secret preferred.
• AA in a related business field or 3+ years admin experience.
• Ability to multitask with minimal oversight and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage data flow from IBPES to ERP to generate PRs (OFDs, contracts).
• Research and resolve rejected requisitions within deadlines.
• Lead and track communications with customers across departments; maintain logs.
• Drive process improvements to PR creation workflow.
• Assist P-Card and AO with documentation for monthly reconciliations.
• Ensure PR metrics and deadlines meet program requirements.
• Interface with Departments, Comptrollers, SMEs, AO's for guidance.
• Handle PR activities with Incremental, OFDs, SAPs, De-obligations, Realignments.
• Manage high-volume backlog by prioritizing mission-critical items.
• Provide accurate metrics for leadership reporting.
