Zusammenfassung

Akima Mission Optimization (AMO), an Akima company, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support NSWC Dahlgren on-site. You will manage equipment tagging, inventory control, and N-ERP transactions to ensure timely asset recording and auditable records.

The role requires DoD clearance or higher, an associate degree or equivalent inventory experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Regular full-time on-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

• DoD Interim Secret clearance or higher required; Secret preferred.
• Associate's degree or 3 years of related inventory management experience.
• Experience with inventory management, procurement or purchasing.
• Proficient with N-ERP inventory control tool.
• Experience creating UMM records in N-ERP.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused team member.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Aufgaben

• Tag and record general equipment in N-ERP; perform physical inventories.
• Maintain asset records and reconciliations; ensure auditable FIAR compliance.
• Assist tech departments on property and N-ERP issues; support audits.
• Conduct container inventories and assist with packing and shipping validation.
• Provide metrics data for leadership and operational reporting.
• Process daily N-ERP transactions; ensure timely asset recording.
• Support property management meetings and training sessions.
