Job summary

Serco is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support NUWCDIVNPT MILSATCOM programs at Naval facilities in Rhode Island, focusing on asset accountability from receipt to disposition.

You will inspect equipment, document deficiencies, prepare shipping documents, and maintain COLTS records while coordinating with engineers and government personnel to ensure accurate, compliant logistics data and asset visibility.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience OR high school diploma with 4 years of experience.
• Experience with logistics, supply, inventory management, asset management, shipping/receiving, or configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect MILSATCOM equipment and program assets.
• Document deficiencies and coordinate tests or inspections.
• Prepare shipping/receiving docs including DD Form 1149.
• Coordinate packaging, handling, storage, and receipt of equipment.
• Maintain inventory and asset records and COLTS data.
• Support classified, hazardous material, and controlled shipments.
• Generate recurring program reports and documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
