Job summary

Centurum in San Diego, CA is seeking a Logistics Specialist to provide OM&S inventory management support for Navy programs, including COLTS data updates and real-time POR spares tracking. You will respond to shipment requests, create documents, and support ITSM processes.

The role requires at least two years in logistics acquisition and sustainment, familiarity with Navy data systems, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams. A DoD security clearance is required; travel 0%.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two (2) years performing Logistics Acquisition and Sustainment support functions including CM, PHS&T, and program support.
• Experience with ITSM (REMEdY) and Navy data systems is required or highly preferred.
• Bachelor-level certifications are preferred but not required; DAWIA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide OM&S inventory management support and COLTS reporting for POR spares.
• Update COLTS database to track status, location, and material condition; coordinate with IP/Navy systems as needed.
• Respond to material shipment requests and prepare shipment documents for world-wide shipments.
• Research Navy databases (NSN, SM&R, APLs) to obtain data for spares and support INCOS activities.
