Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in truckload and less-than-truckload logistics preferred.
• Proven track record of negotiating freight rates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FTL and/or LTL pickups and deliveries nationwide.
• Track carrier performance and address issues.
• Identify and address problem areas with carriers in a timely manner.
• Help reduce demurrage by eliminating inefficiencies.
• Prepare analytical reports and management presentations.
• Ensure multiple freight pickups and deliveries move concurrently.
• Prioritize daily tasks to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Organize resources so information is accessible when needed.
