This role is ideal for individuals with a specialist mindset-those who thrive in structured environments, excel at detail-driven processes, and bring dependability and discipline to every aspect of their work. You'll help streamline logistics activities, coordinate supply movements, and ensure mission-critical materials are delivered where and when they're needed most.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations Support

  • Prepare and track requisition documents using standardized registers and tracking tools.

  • Receive, inspect, issue, and inventory repair parts, ensuring strict accountability.

  • Manage turn-in items, stock aging, and equipment lifecycle documentation.

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder critical supplies as needed.

  • Conduct market research to support procurement planning and sourcing decisions.

  • Review shipping documents, bills of lading, and purchase orders for accuracy.

  • Support packing, palletizing, and storage operations, including constructing bins/shelving.

Systems & Data Management

  • Operate logistics software and database programs to manage and report supply data.

  • Utilize systems such as GCSS-Army and DPAS to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.

  • Prepare briefings, technical reports, and data summaries using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Deployment & Field Operations

  • Provide on-site logistics support in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.

  • Remain prepared for rapid deployment to support contingency or field operations.

  • Assist in deployment and redeployment of personnel and military equipment.

Qualifications & Required Experience
  • Associate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field and two (2) years of logistics experience; OR four (4) years of equivalent military/civilian logistics training and experience.

  • Strong knowledge of military supply chain systems, logistics documentation, and asset accountability.

  • Familiarity with the Federal Supply System and inventory control methods.

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating in tight or challenging environments.

Preferred Experience
  • Training or service equivalent to U.S. Army MOS 92A (Automated Logistical Specialist).

  • Knowledge of handling and tracking ammunition, medical, or subsistence supplies.

  • Experience supporting deployed military operations and interpreting maintenance data.

Additional Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Must possess a Final Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Tier 5 background investigation.

  • Certain assignments may require a CI Polygraph, especially for TDN2 access.
