Job summary

Allied Technologies and Consulting, LLC seeks a Logistics Analyst for Life Cycle Logistics in Frederick, MD, onsite with potential home arrangements. You will support DoD logistics, sustainment, and risk management across PM/PSMO activities, coordinating with stakeholders and improving readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Army acquisition programs within a CPE/PM environment.
• Knowledge of DoD and Army logistics policies (e.g., AR 700-127, AR 750-1, DoDI 5000.91, DoDI 5200.44).
• Familiarity with the 12 IPS elements and PSM responsibilities.
• Sustainment planning, provisioning, and maintenance concepts.
• Excellent communications, writing, organizational and project management skills.
• SharePoint and MS Project experience.
• MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and Outlook.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Federal contracting, government or military environment preferred.
• Active DoD security clearance (Secret or higher).
• US Citizen required.
• Must pass background testing.

Responsibilities

• Tracks, monitors, and updates all taskers and staffing actions assigned to or generated by the PSMO.
• Retrieves authoritative logistics and program data, maintains dashboards and visualizations, and executes external taskers to reduce admin burden.
• Supports planning, development, coordination, defense, and execution of PM Life Cycle Logistics activities per DoD processes.
• Provides SME for logistics plans and projects, identifies capability/resource needs, resolves sustainment issues, coordinates across stakeholders, and prepares requirements.
• Assists with logistics automation and data integrity across enterprise systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Ensures LCSP is informed by robust product support analysis, including predictive modeling to improve materiel availability and readiness.
• Supports development and oversight of PSAs to achieve product support outcomes across the CPE portfolio.
• Recommends adjustments to performance requirements and resource allocations across PSIs/PSPs to optimize PSS execution.
• Conducts periodic PSA reviews for alignment with PSS and regulatory requirements.
• Revalidates Business Case Analyses before PSS changes to ensure affordability and effectiveness.
• Ensures PSAs include processes for procurement, management, and allocation of Government-owned parts.
• Coordinates with PMs on preservation/storage/disposal of production tooling and related plans.
• Identifies obsolete components and validates replacements to maintain configuration integrity.
• Supports use of additive manufacturing to enhance logistics resiliency and readiness in line with DoDI 5000.93.
