Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an Analyst, Logistics TMS to manage day-to-day transportation activities, track shipments, and ensure customs documentation. You will analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies, while coordinating with internal teams to maintain data integrity and support optimal carrier selection.

The role requires 1–3 years in transportation or inventory management and proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, supply chain, or finance-related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or inventory management.
• 1–3 years of experience creating and presenting high-level data analysis reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data to identify trends and inefficiencies. Ensure data analyzed is accurate.
• Manage freight lane data in TMS systems and help set up new lanes; find solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, country managers, customers, and freight forwarders to ensure data integrity and resolve issues.
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and annual transportation reports; design deployment models and optimize carrier selection based on SOPs.
• Schedule container bookings to meet orders and production plans; coordinate shipment of Premium and Apparel goods.
• Maintain container logs to ensure accurate inventory movement and billing.
• Provide documentation to warehouses and forwarders to ensure timely loading and shipping; manage customs clearance requirements.
• Coordinate prepayment of customs fees and assist in bids for shipping lanes.
• Communicate with departments to ensure product availability, quality control, packaging standards, and audit requirements.
