Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in industry-related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years in industry-related experience with a High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver issues (intermediate).
• Knowledge of computer tools: spreadsheets, databases, graphics, word processing, mapping, routing and scheduling, facility layouts (intermediate).
• Basic knowledge of Integrated Logistics: Transportation Distribution, Customer Service, IT (beginner).
• Six Sigma certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maps and documents processes.
• Recommends continuous improvement opportunities.
• Supports the design and implementation of Supply Chain Solutions.
• Coaches and counsels employees on performance; develops and trains direct reports.
• Collects data and performs statistical analysis.
• Conducts transportation and logistics studies.
• Establishes KPI measures using Lean Six Sigma tools.
