• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience compiling, analyzing, and maintaining operational or production reports.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, production scheduling, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing, labor, and material-related costs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and work between departments according to production schedules.
• Review production schedules, work orders, staffing tables, and inventory levels to determine material and resource requirements.
• Monitor and analyze production data, including inventory consumption, production volumes, and quality metrics.
• Compile, maintain, and distribute reports related to inventory, costs, production, and supply chain performance.
• Maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to support production demands.
• Adjust production schedules as needed due to material shortages, labor constraints, design changes, or other disruptions.
• Review documents, materials, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to support daily operational activities.

Job Type: W2 Contract

Expected Hours per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: First Shift, Monday-Friday (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour

Job Description

The Logistics Analyst 3 will support supply chain operations by coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, work orders, and production schedules within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for reviewing inventory levels, maintaining production schedules, compiling reports, and ensuring materials and resources are available to meet production demands. The ideal candidate will have experience working with production planning, reporting, inventory management, and supply chain processes while leveraging Microsoft Office and Power BI tools to support business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Logistics Analyst, Planning Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or Support Analyst.
• Experience supporting production planning and inventory control activities.
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools, including Power BI.
