Job summary

Epitec is seeking a Logistics Analyst 3 in Lafayette, IN to coordinate and expedite materials, manage production schedules, and support supply chain operations using Power BI and MS Office. This 100% onsite role focuses on delivering accurate inventory data, timely production planning, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain efficient manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree with 5+ years in related roles or a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience,

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of related experience will also be considered.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience compiling, analyzing, and maintaining operational or production reports.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, production scheduling, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing, labor, and material-related costs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials and work between departments according to production schedules.
• Review production schedules, work orders, staffing tables, and inventory levels to determine material and resource requirements.
• Monitor and analyze production data, including inventory consumption, production volumes, and quality metrics.
• Compile, maintain, and distribute reports related to inventory, costs, production, and supply chain performance.
• Maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to support production demands.
• Adjust production schedules as needed due to material shortages, labor constraints, design changes, or other disruptions.
• Review documents, materials, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to support daily operational activities.
