Job summary

Sureway is seeking an Agent Recruiter in the Saint Cloud area to build and convert a pipeline of prospective agents. You will recruit, qualify, and sign on agents in line with staffing goals, while delivering a positive candidate experience and aligning with ATS standards.

Responsibilities include sourcing via ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and HubSpot, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with Marketing to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and 2-4 years in a customer-driven environment preferred.
• 2+ years of industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and meeting quotas.
• Energetic, driven, persuasive, creative, and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit applicants using tools such as ZoomInfo, LoadBoards, LinkedIn, HubSpot to generate leads.
• Follow standards and retention criteria to recruit top talent.
• Review applications and leads against ATS and hiring criteria.
• Contact qualified applicants via phone or email to explain the agent program.
• Maintain active pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and progression.
• Follow up inbound leads and marketing inquiries to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop email campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Monitor recruiting funnel activity and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to support onboarding goals.
• Qualify applicants, run background checks as required.
• Meet monthly recruiting, onboarding, and lead conversion goals.
