Job summary

Volt is hiring a Logistics Admin in Memphis, TN 38118. You will maintain sales orders, update changes, and provide timely order status to requestors via email and tools. You will coordinate with teams globally to ensure accuracy and unblock shipments in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires monitoring daily backlogs, creating spreadsheets, and maintaining documentation. A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some further education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience creating and maintaining documents in Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales orders and update as engineering changes occur.
• Provide accurate, timely order status via email, database tools, or verbally.
• Attend meetings as a team representative to exchange information with other departments.
• Report proactive order status during backlog or longer lead times.
• Process internal, no-charge, and other non-standard orders and ensure timely shipment.
• Ensure orders are rescheduled and shipments processed as materials become available.
• Coordinate with Customer Service reps globally to ensure order accuracy and unblock shipments.
