Penske Logistics LLC in Joliet, IL is seeking an administrative professional to support daily pallet tracking, DOT log audits, and driver file compliance. You will liaise with internal customers, manage returns and related reports, and assist with driver coverage and route books.

The role requires office experience, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel as needed. The schedule is 3AM–11:30AM with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Various office and administrative duties, including accounts payable/receivable and collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, and billing.
• Audit of logs and trip reports and other DOT reporting; maintain files and provide customer service interaction.
• Maintenance and distribution of route books; daily interface with drivers; assist with driver coverage and overflow freight.
• Involve Safety team as required by location; prioritize workload; maintain confidentiality.
