Job summary

Blue-Grace Logistics LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate onsite to support vendor and carrier invoice processing and payments in our growing logistics operation.

This role offers one-week orientation and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree and 6 months to 1 year of related experience, with strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid mathematical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Attention to detail is critical in this role and errors must be minimal and inconsequential.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have excellent mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor files.
• Analyze and record vendor invoices and invoice credits.
• Prepare weekly COGS spreadsheets for carrier payables.
• Process vendor and carrier payments.
• Contact carriers to research invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with special projects including annual audit and tax requests, as necessary.
