Job summary

Quincy Recycle is seeking an Account & Logistics Coordinator for Green Bay, WI. This full-time role supports customer service, data entry, and logistics operations for a fast-growing waste and recycling company.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, managing driver and route schedules, and maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships while supporting sales and operations teams. Monday–Friday, 7a–4p, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience is required.
• 5+ years of professional work experience is required.
• Experience managing 5 or more people is required.
• Proven track record in providing professional customer service.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• High attention to detail is required.
• High level of accountability and ownership is required.
• Ability to multi-task is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry (80% of the workload).
• Multi-tasking and a sense of urgency.
• Receive and process load requests.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and customers through effective communication.
• Coordinate transportation details on loads.
• Managing driver schedules and route schedules.
• Provide a high level of external customer service as well as internal customer service.
• Support the sales and operations management teams.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.
