Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving professional for an on-site, full-time role in the Wisconsin packaging division.

You will manage paperwork, stock location, PO receiving, and inventory control while coordinating with the Receiving Lead and Accounting to ensure timely, accurate entries. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with experience in cycle counting and LTL shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Shipping/Receiving is preferred.
• Planning experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Amtech is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate stock location in storage area by paperwork and computer.
• Perform purchase order receiving; coordinate with Receiving Lead and Accounting to ensure accuracy and timeliness of entries.
• Audit for approved signatures on delivery receipts.
• Oversee inbound finish goods receiving in Amtech by tagging and storing units to the warehouse.
• Cycle count warehouse inventory weekly with Accounting to maintain accuracy.
• Set up LTL shipments and keep records of quotes and freight costs.
• Provide accurate information to carriers to minimize extra costs and delivery issues.
• Oversee transfer of product between GBP warehouses.
• Coordinate with corrugated paper recyclers regarding logistics of scrap paper pickups.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Adhere to Wisconsin Packaging Division quality policy and company safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
