Job summary

This role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and operational understanding. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in operations, knowledge of Expeditors services, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Knowledge of Expeditors product and services.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate yourself to the success of Expeditors and the customer using ethical practices.
• Document customer expectations within SOPs and ensure execution by teams.
• Provide reporting and visibility tools to the customer.
• Drive process improvement across district and network.
• Maintain and update SOPs including rates and KPI expectations.
• Manage spot quotes or quoting desk when applicable.
• Escalate as needed within the network and communicate service issues.
• Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
• Own CAPA management to prevent repeated issues.
• Design and maintain ad hoc reporting requests.
