Job summary

Scotlynn is hiring a Logistics Account Manager Trainee to train, mentor, and build a personal book of business in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will receive hands-on experience, structured on-the-job training, and ongoing support as you progress through a formal apprenticeship from LAMT to SLAM.

You will develop sales, negotiation and relationship skills while working with clients, carriers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Research and identify opportunities to support client transportation needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Analyze business challenges and recommend solutions to improve service and efficiency.
Manage account-related documentation, confirmations and admin tasks.
Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders to support ongoing account management.
Develop negotiation and relationship management skills while supporting daily logistics operations.
