Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support day-to-day management of 3rd-party logistics customer accounts and keep service commitments visible. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide clear, actionable updates to leaders and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, customer service, account support, or related operations.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) to organize information and updates.
• Strong communication with cross-functional partners to support timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve routine issues, and follow through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of assigned 3rd party customer accounts, helping maintain strong relationships and dependable execution.
• Track service levels, KPIs, and customer requirements to keep commitments clear and actionable.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service, delivery, and process issues with timely follow-up through closure.
• Prepare recurring reports, account updates, and performance summaries for leadership and customers.
• Maintain account documentation, SOPs, and customer-specific requirements for consistent execution.
• Support account reviews and identify opportunities to improve service, strengthen retention, and grow accounts.
• Build productive relationships with customers, carriers, and internal partners across the business.
