Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in supply chain roles.
• Experience with business intelligence/decision support software.
• Experience with JDA software and advanced Excel/Power BI.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute demand planning and fulfillment strategy for B2B and B2C.
• Identify opportunities and implement new inventory processes.
• Collaborate with channels to build collaborative planning and forecasting.
• Review channel inventory KPIs and discuss results with cross-functional teams.
• Improve demand forecasts and predictive models.
• Support shift from fixed order point to demand-driven fulfillment.
• Research inventory opportunities across sales channels with Merchant teams.
