Job summary

Staples Advantage Canada is seeking a Delivery Operations Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead a team ensuring timely, complete order deliveries and to plan strategies for daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. You will work with senior management on operational excellence and budget attainment.

You will also contribute to hiring, training, and coaching, review performance through reports, and promote a culture of safety while guiding the team toward customer-focused results.
