Qualifications

  • 2+ years in logistics, transportation, customer service, account support, or related operations.
  • 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) to organize information and updates.
  • Strong communication with cross-functional partners to support timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve routine issues, and follow through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily management of assigned 3rd party customer accounts, helping maintain strong relationships and dependable execution.
  • Track service levels, KPIs, and customer requirements to keep commitments clear and actionable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service, delivery, and process issues with timely follow-up through closure.
  • Prepare recurring reports, account updates, and performance summaries for leadership and customers.
  • Maintain account documentation, SOPs, and customer-specific requirements for consistent execution.
  • Support account reviews and identify opportunities to improve service, strengthen retention, and grow accounts.
  • Build productive relationships with customers, carriers, and internal partners across the business.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will help support day-to-day management of third-party logistics customer accounts, keeping service commitments visible, issues moving toward resolution, and internal partners aligned around a consistent customer experience.

What you will be doing:
  • Support daily management of assigned 3rd party customer accounts, helping maintain strong relationships and dependable execution.
  • Track service levels, key performance metrics, and customer requirements to keep commitments clear and actionable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve service, delivery, and process issues with timely follow-up through closure.
  • Prepare recurring reports, account updates, and performance summaries that help leaders and customers understand progress.
  • Maintain account documentation, standard operating procedures, and customer-specific requirements to support consistent execution.
  • Support account reviews and help identify opportunities to improve service, strengthen retention, and support account growth.
  • Build productive working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal partners across the business.

What’s needed:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, account support, or related operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, to organize information, track details, and prepare updates.
  • Strong communication skills with cross-functional partners, customers, vendors, or carriers to support timely follow-up and issue resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks, solve routine issues, and follow through to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting vendor relationships or customer-facing account management.
  • Knowledge of transportation, delivery, or third-party logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with service-level metrics, customer reporting, account reviews, or process improvement.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
