Job summary

Performance Team in the United States is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring day‑to‑day warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities are executed accurately and efficiently. You will coordinate with customers, warehouse teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to manage shipments, scheduling, and billing.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship management skills, with experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, or distribution required
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff, employees, and service providers
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and logistics systems (YMS, TMS, WMS)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact with the customer.
• Speak with customers by phone or in person and receive instructions for shipment, storage, delivery, or processing.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to oversee incoming and outgoing account activities to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Error and complaint resolution.
• Prepare daily and monthly KPI reports.
• Coordinate billing and documents required for shipments.
• Train new office associates.
