• Confirm load details, including quantities, temperature requirements, schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery, including appointment scheduling for loading and unloading.
• Compile, process, and approve invoice packets for submission to customers.
• Address billing and payment inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with payables by completing the initial step in a two-step verification process before payment approval.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by Account Managers and the Vice President of Sales.

In this role, you will support Account Managers with key responsibilities including sourcing carriers, dispatching loads, scheduling shipments, and securing transportation solutions. You’ll also help maintain and grow strong relationships with shippers, customers, and transportation partners.
