In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer and carrier relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of freight shipments. You'll play a critical role in both customer service and operational coordination, using your negotiation skills and industry knowledge to drive results. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
