National Mortgage Staffing is seeking a security-minded Welcome Center and logistics associate for a high-volume, 24/7 operation in Pennsylvania. You will handle driver processing, documentation, and administrative tasks while maintaining site security and access control standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment requiring prolonged standing and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume transportation and warehouse environment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Must be able to be on your feet for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Contract requires employees to speak, understand, read and write English.
• Must meet and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations set forth by the company and client.

Responsibilities

• Check, verify and enter driver information accurately before granting access or releasing assets.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, dispatchers, and facility staff on truck movements.
• Maintain electronic and written logs and report issues in transportation activity.
• Monitor security cameras, access control systems, alarms, and related equipment.
• Respond to security incidents and safety concerns with timely reporting.
• Conduct scheduled patrols of facilities, yards, and perimeter areas.
