Job summary

You will serve as the primary contact for truck drivers, coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams, and handle administrative tasks, logs, and reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume transportation and warehouse environment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and web-based software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with limited supervision.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Must be able to be on your feet for 8-12 hours per shift.
• Contract requires employees to speak, understand, read and write English.
• Must meet and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations set forth by the company and client.

Responsibilities

• Truck Processing and Logistics Support – 24/7 Operations: Check, verify and enter driver information accurately before granting access or releasing assets.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, dispatchers, and facility personnel regarding truck arrivals, departures, and trailer movements.
• Maintain accurate logs and report issues in transportation activity.
