Job summary

Sashco is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Log Home Market in the Northwest. You will drive growth by selling finishing products through an independent dealer network to contractors and homeowners, and you will travel extensively to cover WA, OR, ID and adjacent regions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of outside sales/territory management experience, a business degree or related background, and strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outside sales/territory management experience.
• BS/BA in Business or related field; related industry considered.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CRM experience; proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sell Sashco Log Home finishing products through independent dealer network to log home contractors and homeowners.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to cover the Northwest territory.
• Serve as a technical expert on log home finishing techniques and products.
• Promote Sashco expertise and proper application techniques to customers.
• Field product questions and resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Identify and qualify prospective log home contractors, painters, builders, and architects to partner with Sashco.
• Educate clients about products and benefits to drive reseller growth and success.
• Assist in developing the Annual Sashco Sales Business Plan for the Log Segment.
