Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a Lodging Sales & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day sales, guest service, homeowner relations, and lodging operations. This hands-on role spans multiple lodging areas and acts as a key contact for guests, homeowners, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, vacation rental, or property management is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with websites, reservation systems, email, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to lodging inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
• Assist guests with selecting accommodations and converting inquiries into reservations.
• Follow up on lodging leads, abandoned inquiries, and potential bookings.
• Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and lodging revenue.
• Assist with group lodging requests and special reservations.
• Maintain accurate information regarding lodging inventory, policies, rates, and packages.
• Serve as a contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate property needs with housekeeping, maintenance, vendors, and homeowners.
