Job summary

Superfan in Denver, CO is seeking a Lodging Operations Coordinator to work with hotel partners on contracting, reservations and settlements across travel properties. This is a full-time role based in Denver and reports to the VP Travel & New Business.

The role serves as the main point of contact for procurement, deposits, reservations and settlement across all travel properties. Applicants should have 2–3 years in lodging or travel operations with contract, rooming list and event support

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience.
• Experience leading large projects and teams.
• Experience across international markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hotels on contracting, reservations and settlement across travel properties.
• Build and manage hotel room blocks and event-specific rooming lists.
• Coordinate guest requests with hotel partners to ensure a quality attendee experience.
• Negotiate terms and track contract concessions to meet financial objectives.
• Audit confirmations and reconcile post-event hotel folios and settlements.
• Maintain a master calendar of deadlines and contractual obligations.
