Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ year hospitality or front desk experience preferred
• Previous supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and staff in lodging
• Lead by example and reinforce brand values
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Backfill front desk roles when needed
• Assist scheduling and timekeeping for the team
• Greet guests warmly and maintain professional appearance
• Manage check-in/check-out and PCI-compliant payments
• Escalate maintenance issues promptly
• Provide guests with information on nearby parks and events
