Sugarbush Resort in Vermont is hiring Front Desk Agents for the Lodge at Lincoln Peak. Join a welcoming, guest-focused team and help create memorable experiences for visitors.

Positions are full-time (5 shifts) or part-time (2 shifts) with shifts from 2pm to 10pm. The role includes greeting guests, check-in/out, concierge-style service, and handling resort information and ticketing. Compensation is $20/hour with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Experience at a hotel/front desk preferred; training available for right candidate.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a helpful attitude while handling multiple requests.
• Flexible workweek including holidays and weekends.
• General computer knowledge and cashier/customer service experience.
• Timely and reliable attendance.
• Proficient in English (written, spoken, reading).
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime during peak periods.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift luggage up to 20 lbs occasionally.

POSITION SUMMARY :

Sugarbush Resort is seeking individuals with a strong eye for guest service and hospitality to become Front Desk Agents for the Lodge at Lincoln Peak. Join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences in a welcoming resort environment. Candidates should be professional, personable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. The lodge is seeking to fill a Full time (5 shifts) or part-time (2 shifts) position for shifts from 2pm-10pm. This position pays $20/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• - Duties include greeting guests, answering phones, checking guests in/out, providing information about the resort and the Mad River Valley.
• - Process charges in selling resort products/services, responding to guest needs, balancing guest accounts, and working with the resort's information systems.
• - As a primary point of guest service contact, tasks will be performed in a welcoming and professional manner.
• - Agents ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while putting the guest's interests first.
• - Print lift tickets for groups and guests during winter season

QUALIFICATIONS :

• - Experience at a hotel/front desk is preferred, but we are also prepared to train the right candidate.
• - A professional personality is essential to this important service role.
• - Front Desk Agents must be able to maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while juggling many demands and sometimes difficult guests.
• - Availability for a flexible workweek (including holidays and weekends) is necessary for the position.
• - General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service is preferred while previous use of SMS or other reservations systems is a plus.
• - Timely and reliable attendance is essential.
• - Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language.
• - Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime during busy periods.
• - Requires repetitive data entry and long periods of standing, with occasional lifting of luggage up to 20 lbs.
