Sugarbush Resort in Vermont is seeking a full-time year-round Housekeeper to join Clay Brook and The Lodge at Lincoln Peak. The role covers cleaning guest rooms and common areas with shifts that may vary between day and night based on operational needs.

Pay ranges from $18.50 to $20 per hour, with benefits including vacation and sick time, potential housing, and access to resort amenities. Prior hospitality housekeeping experience is preferred, but training is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Prior experience in hospitality housekeeping and/or janitorial experience preferred but will train the right person.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivation and reliability are essential.
• Physical requirements include the ability to regularly grasp, reach, stoop, and bend; must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to learn the proper use of cleaning chemicals with strong attention to safety is required.

POSITION SUMMARY

Clay Brook, our premier luxury slope-side residency, and The Lodge at Lincoln Peak are looking for Housekeepers to add to our team. These positions are full-time year-round with flexible shifts available between day and night, depending on operational needs. This is a full-time year-round position with pay range from $18.50-$20/hour depending on experience.
