Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Active Nevada Community Association Manager (CAM) license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Aspen Lodge.
• Provide direction and oversight of on-site staff.
• Coordinate facility use and support programming.
• Ensure compliance with facility rules and safety standards.
• Monitor vendor contracts and service agreements.
• Develop and track the Aspen Lodge operating budget.
